Privacy Policy
Last updated: 14 July 2026
The short version: Foglet collects nothing. There are no ads, no analytics, no trackers, and no accounts. Nothing you do in the game is sent to us, because there is no “us” to send it to — we run no servers.
Information we collect
None. Foglet does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, or location. We have no user accounts and no login.
Information stored on your device
The game saves a small amount of data locally on your iPhone so it can remember your progress between sessions:
- Your statistics — mazes played and escaped, fewest steps, fastest time, per-world records
- How many mazes you have escaped today
- When your free trial began, and whether you have purchased the full game
This data never leaves your device. It is not backed up to us, shared, or sold. Deleting the app removes all of it permanently.
Apple services we use
Foglet uses two services provided by Apple. We never receive your personal information through either one — Apple handles them under Apple’s own privacy policy.
- Game Center (optional). If you are signed in, your score for a completed maze may be submitted to the Foglet leaderboards. Your identity on the leaderboard is the Game Center nickname you chose with Apple. If you are not signed in, nothing is submitted and the game plays exactly the same.
- The App Store / StoreKit. If you buy the full game, Apple processes the payment and tells the app whether the purchase is valid. We never see your payment details, and we receive no personal information about you as a purchaser.
Notifications
Foglet may ask permission to send you a single local reminder before your free trial ends. It is generated on your device — no push server, no message ever leaves your phone. If you decline, the game works exactly as before, and you can change your mind at any time in Settings → Notifications → Foglet.
Advertising and tracking
Foglet contains no advertising, no third-party SDKs, no analytics, and no tracking of any kind. We do not use the Advertising Identifier (IDFA), we do not fingerprint your device, and we never track you across other apps or websites.
Children
Foglet is suitable for all ages and collects no data from anyone, including children under 13. Because we collect nothing at all, there is nothing for a parent or guardian to request, correct, or delete from our records.
Your rights
Privacy laws such as the GDPR and CCPA give you the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal data a company holds about you. We hold none — so there is nothing to access or erase. The data on your own device is yours, and deleting the app deletes it.
This website
foglet.tinyserious.com is a static site. It sets no cookies, embeds no third-party scripts, and does not profile visitors. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP addresses) for security and reliability, as any web host does.
Changes to this policy
If Foglet ever changes in a way that affects your privacy, this page will be updated and the date at the top will change. Since the game is designed to need no data, we don’t expect that to happen.
Contact
Questions about privacy, or anything else? Email [email protected] and a human — the one who made the game — will reply.
